Our Story & Branches


Everything But Cheese originated as a food stall in the streets of Plaza Hugo, Sta Ana Manila. It quickly gain massive brand followers because of the unique best-tasting cheeses as the main ingredient of its products. It started out as an idea to introduce the diverse culture and variety of cheeses to the Philippines instead of the few traditional cheeses that we are used to.

Our Mission?

To bring you the experience of indulging in the world's roster of cheeses, Satisfy Cheese Cravings and to educate about the Culture of Cheeses.

EBC Calderon St. Sta. Ana:

Everything But Cheese started as a small stall at Calderan St. Sta. Ana Manila. These are our very loyal customers who's willing to lineup everyday because they really loved the concept, the cheese and the brand.

We opened a bigger branch at FC Square Commercial Center, Sta. Ana Manila

EBC opened its second branch in Sherwood Place, Taft Manila (May, 2018)

EBC SM City Manila Branch:

EBC opened its first SM branch at SM City Manila as we aspire to bring the Cheesiest Place on Earth closer to our target market (Dec, 2019)
